Good CPU Cooler?

Im building a pc and I need a CPU Cooler. I will not be overclocking and im getting a i5 7500k. Preferably white and black to go with the theme. And also needs to be under $50.

The i5 7500k does not exists. Also you will need a z270 mobo to overclock in case you didn't know.

The Hyper 212 is a decent CPU cooler.

I thought the H7 had a white and black theme to it and I believe it cools just as good as the 212 EVO and should be quieter due the lower dbA rating and RPM. But then theres the 212 EVO which has been around for a while so I guess theres a sense of reliability with that cooler.

If you don't need anything sophisticated, when I messed up one of the legs of the stock cooler on my old Dell when upgrading it from i5 650 to i7 870 (95 watts), I got an ARCTIC Alpine 11 Rev. 2 CPU Cooler from Amazon for $13.99 w/ thermal paste already applied. It is supposed to be quiet and on the box shows it cooling i7-3770 better @ 2000 rpm than stock cooler @ 2850 rpm. Works for me. i5-7500 is only 65 watts.

If you're not overclocking, any decent cooler will do, especially for an i5. I'd focus more on the fans, as you can pick them based on color and noise.
