While I only have experience with their regular "stock" fans (which are still VERY premium compared to most other brands), I hear their "Industrial" fan designs cool more efficiently and quietly than all but the best liquid setups.
They are very expensive though, so be warned.
Well TW:WH uses my i7 just less than Handbreak/stress test, all cores were hitting 70C so max RPM on the fans. I could always turn down some more graphics setting but I left most of them on Max and the Unit size at Ultra is demanding both GPU and CPU wise. Who wouldn't like over 10,000 units on the battle field lol.
i7 @ 70*C is "cold"
Yes, but I set fan curve to run max RPM at 70C because I like them cold. Max under stress test/handbreak is 74C.
Particularly it is winter here, although yesterday was hot for a Winter day, 25C ambient temp.
Also Unit size is in Graphic settings. It directly affects number of units on screen (per playthrough).
I just put Headphones on, don't hear them in Games.
My stuff runs that cold, even when it's Summer here (with a range of like 30-40*C)
But really, only Fallout IV come close to TW:WH but no where near as bad in terms of hammering CPU Core. Mainly because of RAM bandwidth bottleneck on that game and the forced Vsync to 72 Hz if you don't want flying furnitures.
