One is an Intel(R) HD Graphics 630.
The other is a NVIDIA GeForce GT 730.
I'm not sure which one it's running on, though.
So for NVIDIA GPU, your Display should connect to a port on that physical card.
Ok, so does this mean I have to actually open up the computer and re-wire it?
The NVIDIA GPU will be in the lower expansion slot.
If connected to the Motherboard, shutdown the system, and move the cable connection from Motherboard to PCIE Graphics Card. Then power on the PC. Now you should be using the NVIDIA GPU 100% of the time.

And if I do this, that will fix the problems I've been having with SFM?
I'm only posting this here in case someone with a similar problem sees this in the future.
