The "Media Creation" tool isn't on the USB despite the fact that I set it to go there (Yes, it IS FAT32. I double checked that)

Its been stuck on the "Setup is cleaning up before it closes" screen for a little while now. I understand this bit may be normal, but geez.
No you never run the media creation tool from usb; you run it from C Drive or other local disk drive. When selecting "USB" in the tool, this will partition and format the usb flash drive as FAT32 already and make it bootable.
Might help to set the system to High Performance; since it is a Laptop, it might try to go to sleep if on Balanced or Power Saving
Do I choose "Windows 10" or "Windows 10 Home Single Language"
Could that have been the issue?
