The GTX 470 is ancient. The GT 730 is better.

If you are looking for a new GPU on a budget get a RX 560 2gb. But I recommend you to not go any lower then a 1050 ti.

For $25 you could get a q9550. Games will not run great but they will run playble.

My dad plays battlefield 1 on less (GTX 750, 4gb RAM, Core2 Q6600) and it runs suprisingly playable.
