If you are looking for a new GPU on a budget get a RX 560 2gb. But I recommend you to not go any lower then a 1050 ti.
The GTX 470 is ancient.
For $100 you will have a card that can actually play any game.
The GTX 470 can't play any modern games.
ancient doesnt mean bad though
so can you derect me to a 100 $ gpu?
GTX 960 4GB, 970, 1050 2GB, 1050 Ti 4GB
Much better:

You will also need a decent CPU and enough RAM for games to run playable.
No
It's seriously time to think about saving up and doing a newer build.
My dad plays battlefield 1 on less (GTX 750, 4gb RAM, Core2 Q6600) and it runs suprisingly playable.
