Hi Everyone :)

I am trying to set up my new monitor however I am encountering the following issues.

**The first is that I cannot set my screen to 165hz refresh rate - Using the screen options I have selected 'Over Clocking' and set it to 165hz, however when I then go to 'System Setup' and 'Information' it states that my refresh rate is still only set to 60hz.

**The second issue is that I cannot select ULMB under the 'Image' option in my computer settings. So far I have tried the following:

1) I am using my display port cable rather than my HDMI cable and have ensured 'DisplayPort' is ticked in my screen settings.

2) I've gone into NVIDIA Control Panel and tried both enabling and disabling G-Sync but the ULMB options remains greyed out regardless.

I have the NVIDIA GTX 1080 graphics card, with a Maximus VIII Hero Motherboard, so it cant be an issue around not having the right set up to run the above options.

If anyone has any ideas on the above, please let me know your thoughts, as I have spent a good two hours researching it online and after trying several different things, the above is still an issue. I have emailed ASUS direct but thought it might be worth asking on here too in the meantime as they will only get back to me on Monday.

Which displayport cable are you using may i ask? What's your resolution?

Display port cable is the one that came with the monitor - the following info is printed on the actual cable:
DisplayPort Cable Ee326508AWM Style 20276 80oC 30V VW-1 Amphenol

Monitor resolution is 2560 x 1440
