should i upgrade to 1050ti from 750 ti?
No; even the lower GTX 1060 3GB minis will need approx 90-120W TDP
1x 6pin (minimum) by design, due to TDP
OP should fine GTX 1050 Ti 4GB to be rather decent.
750 Ti is only 2GB and you will find that alot of more demanding games struggle on this GPU, especially above 720/768p; 1050 Ti 4GB would have no serious issues at 1080p and can play most Games just fine on a mix of High/Ultra; maybe not high amounts of AA or SMAA; but still much better and worth upgrading to
