clock watchdog timeout - what does this BSOD mean please? How to fix ?

btw I am not overclocked. This error or BSOD only happens maybe once a month. Not during gaming either. Just regularly using the PC like browsing the web.

It seems the most common cause for this is bad drivers for the motherboard or CPU. Would most likely help what your system is.
