Dell Dimension 5150 - What CPU does it even have?

So I just got this computer. It uses DDR2 RAM (put it in myself!) but it's a Pentium 4, 1 core with hyperthreading and it's 2.8Ghz.

The problem is that, on the Wikipedia article for Pentium 4s,[en.wikipedia.org] there's no 2.8Ghz Pentium 4 that isn't Northwood (PPGA478, DDR and not DDR2 and also has no hyperthreading) and the only 2.8Ghz Pentiums I can find with DDR2 are Pentium Ds which have two cores as opposed to one.

TL;DR: Dell's Dimension 5150's CPU must have a CPU that either is nonexistent or is unique to the PC.

CPU Cooler's an arse to take off and I'd also need to buy a bus ticket to town when I'm not aware of any shops around here that sell thermal paste. Not sure how that's even relevant to the quote.

You telling me you don't have an old WinXP disc laying around already made up?
Without making something like HirensBootCD, you could just boot from an old XP disc and wipe the Drive clean.

I wouldn't worry about the cooler or paste; if its staying under approx 70*C it should be fine.
I forget the max on those older CPUs; but it's definitely not 85-95*C like LGA 1155/1150/1151

No, as aforementioned I threw away both discs two months ago since they both had a missing file.

Actually tooth paste should work just as well as the cheaper white thermal pastes.
Obviously not as good as carbon or silver; but it does work.

Update: Put Windows 7 installation disc into main PC to see if it's actually broken (it said missing file on the Dell PC but it also sometimes said the DVD drive was buggered on other occassions). Connected a virtual machine to the drive and the installation is taking a very large amount of time. Seems like it IS the disc but if the file's not missing then I'll just use one my DVD drives in my main PC for the Dell PC and install Windows 7.

Edit: My main computer is making beeping noises because of this. Bare in mind it has no internal speaker so it has no way of making any beeping noise. R.I.P.?

Edit 2: Restarting Windows in the VM. Didn't get this far on the Dell PC. Seems to be a disc drive failure. To be fair, I did bring the PC to my house from 0.6 miles away using a shopping trolley I had to steal and the way down was REALLY bumpy (hard drive even fell out of the PC but that still works somehow).

Welp. Going to have to replace the DVD drive in the Dell. Sad. It was a DVD/CD writer drive with an IDE connection. I'll keep it. Maybe put it in a drawer and admire it from time to time. Possibly.

Then again, the damn side panel is pure CANCER to put back on. I'm also using the hard drive whilst it's literally taped to the bottom of the case because the harddrive doesn't fit even though it's stock.

Installation discs that keep saying missing file(s) and you have verified those, either the disc creation or the ISO; then please try a different Optical Drive or IDE/SATA cable.

Celerons don't have hyperthreading sadly and every spec sheet for the 5150 says Pentium 4.

My bad, misread you. I'd imagine it's a Prescott 520 P4 then.

I would say it'd be the Prescott too but that's 32bit and has a 800mhz FSB whereas the Pentium in the 5150 has a 533mhz FSB.

Is it a 775 socket?

It'd have to be since it uses DDR2 RAM and the only other sockets Pentium 4s don't use DDR2.
