will anything happen if i put 1600MHz memory and 1866MHz memory into one computer?
this is the third thime i rewritten this so i put it simply:
i have 1600MHz memory, i want to add a 1866MHz stick. will anything bad happen if i mix 1866MHz ram and 1600MHz ram?

Of course it's non sense. Why would you waste your money? There's not a big difference between 1600 and 1866mhz RAM. Get a 1600MHZ RAM instead.
