Built a new PC, but I can't make it work.
So I finally built my first pc. I got all of the parts, case, motherboard, cpu, psu, gpu, ram, and I plugged it all in. The computer starts up and all the fan start spinning with their led lights. Then I see that the monitor has no signal. I have spent days trying to find the problem. Everything is plugged in on the motherboard and in the back of the case. I have even tried replacing the cables but noting is working. Everything I do just shows me No Signal. Please help.

I don't get it buddy, you need "our" support but don't provide any information that we need to solve your toasters issues. why don't ya give us your spcs list or at least only the PSU, CPU, RAM & MAINBOARD ?

*(PC == Toaster - no offense there / just to clarify)
well however I really hope that yo'll solve it!

If the system defaults to the onboard GPU,it should show the startup sequence and such while using the HDMI to your tv, or the onboard vga to your regular display. At that stage, you can reconfigure it to use the graphics card. But it does sound there's more wrong than that. Did the motherboard come with a little speaker, did you connect it, and is it beeping at startup?

Also, this is what we used at a customer the other day to get around the vga only screen problem: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812119556&cm_re=hdmi_to_vga-_-12-119-556-_-Product

First of all, thank you so much for doing the research and going to such efforts to help me. I really appreciate it. I followed you instructions perfectly. Did exactly as you said and made it to the end of the steps. Still no signal. I spoke with someone else and they said that they had an issue like this before and my symptoms may be caused by a damaged motherboard. They think some pins on the board may be bent. I'm thinking about requesting a replacement board from the company. What do you guys think?

I don't know if this means anything but I just noticed it. I currently have my HDTV connected to the pc with an hdmi. When the pc is off it says no cable connected. When it's on it says no signal. I don't know if that means anything, but I thought I should say that.

Yea maybe just get the board replaced from seller/store, if you are within their return policy.
Otherwise you'll have to go through ASRock Support

Nope, the TV is doing what it should do, normal.
Did you try other HDMI cables?

Best bet before you go returning what you think might be faulty, is either have a tech friend look it over properly, or take it to a PC Shop and have them look it over fully. The only issue here is, places like BestBuy or Frys are terrible with PCs in the hands of their "geeks"; they are often lazy and will say just about anything about the system in an attempt to get you to buy or replace something that might not be the issue at all. Mom & Pop PC Repair Shops usually fair a bit better.

OK thanks, what do you think is causing the noise with my cpu fan?
are you using stock cpu cooler with thermal paste pre-applied?
is there any physical barrier that obstructs the cpu cooler fan from spinning properly?

no signal to monitor troubleshooting:
check if discrete gpu (gtx 1050ti) requires ADDITIONAL POWER from seasonic psu.
check if video cable is properly attached (monitor to gtx 1050ti)
use other known working video cable (dvi, hdmi)

if still no signal:
remove discrete gpu and check if video cable is properly attached to motherboard without gtx 1050ti.

if you can have monitor signal without discrete gpu, then that means gpu requires to be powered from psu.
if you don't have monitor signal without discrete gpu, this may mean you are using a bad video cable or the motherboard is bad.

Stock Coolers should go in the recycle bin, they are utterly useless unless perhaps its a Celeron or Pentium; which wont get hot and should be fine on those. Get a tower cooler with a silent 120mm fan and it will stay cool and run silent 24/7

I assume that you didn't connected the graphics card and any PCIe at all as described in the guide, right?

Step 16. in the guide should be: Connect a PS² Keyboard and your Monitor to the D-Sub (VGA 15 pin) Ports ...
- Are you all the time using only the HDMI port? Did you tried the D-Sub (VGA 15 pin) port?

Also Step 15. from the Guide: Install the Speaker ... do you have a speaker installed and if so, is it beeping or did it ever beeped before?

Final question: on which DDR[1~4]-Slots did you installed your memory modules on?

Speaker comes with Case; and most cases no longer provide them.

which doesn't means anything at all, right buddy?
I mean I have at least 5~6 in any possible size of them in one of my tinker boxes - this doesn't means anything at all too :taloslol:
However the truth is that the speaker and the 8254 PIC isn't supported any more in WinDofs OSes but it’s still in modern PCs. (it's about 30 years old I believe)

Also one of the things I suspected might be the issue but I avoid mentioning it because bent mobo pins are usually not something you can RMA the board for.
