You can not increase Vram.
Those GPU are paper-weights now; time for a newer one.
Please list the specs of the whole system, if this a pre-build, list the brand, and model, as well anything you changed on it, If you want something more simple run CPU-Z, click validate button to the right bottom, and click the submit, your broswer will open, copy the whole link and paste it here in the discussion please.

Not even just that, depending on the rest of the system specs as well.
Honestly, time to start saving towards a newer PC

^This.
VRAM isn't something you can upgrade directly - you'll have to replace the entire Graphics Card(GPU) with one that has more. The problem with that is, given the age of your computer you would also have to replace the CPU as well, and that would cause a chain-reaction of other problems. I'm sorry to say, but your only practical option is to build or buy a complete new machine.

However good that might've been a few years ago, nowadays you could build a PC for <$600 that would blow the doors off it.

Yes, poor CPU and only 3GB RAM too. Not worth directly upgrading.

Wouldn't be practical, anyway. It's a Core 2 DUO on a DDR2 board, they don't make or sell stuff for that era anymore and used parts from that age could well be as expensive as new stuff.

That PC is similair to the PC I had from 2009 - 2012. (Same CPU, same amount of RAM, similair GPU) It couldn't run ♥♥♥♥.

Start saving up for a new PC or a console.

The first PC I ever modified was similar to that, with the same CPU and RAM combination. Once I was finished it could run Crysis on Medium, which felt like a minor miracle back in 2007.
Your current PC is not worth upgrading at all. Build a new one or purchase a pre-built.
