The model number can usually be found on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop. It will be a code like: MSI GL62M 7RD 204NL for example.
I'm sure it's not under warranty it's like a 4 y/old laptop

Its probably best to either take it to a repair shop or use a external keyboard.
If you take it to a repair shop the keyboard will cost about $25 and another $30+ in labour, the price might differ per repair shop.
PS: btw. you could use a simple USB keyboard... might be cheaper then repair.

so i still dont understand, do I need to take it to a repair shop and hope they can fix it?
Any repair shop can get a keyboard for this laptop.
most repair shops only repair the common stuff and not expensive gaming laptops. and they rather tell that its your side then that they not specialized for it and have no access to spare parts for your laptop.
(EA/Origin told me once that my i7-7700K and an Aorus GTX 1080 Ti Xtreme Edition is not strong enough to play BF4 because they didnt wanted to help...)
You could also replace it yourself check the video I linked above.
