I don't know much about BO3, but since it's an AAA game and probably optimized, I'd expect high FPS.

Strange setup for gaming..
Anyway, yes, it will run. But not maxed out. Mixed med/high.

Enough to play it smooth, but don't aim for 100 fps or so, that's up to your screen hz.

Tbh, it's pointless to buy expenisve stuff.
Grab a decent z270 board like the msi gaming, asus prime or so.

Wait, if you're still building this, you'd be better off getting an i5-7600k + Rx Vega 56

to be clear, for pure gaming a i5 is enough.
i7 makes sense if u do streaming, editing or so.

The RX Vega 56 is generally slightly ahead of the GTX 1070 while being a bit cheaper

The GTX 1080ti/Titan Xp beats the entire Vega lineup in gaming though

Black OPS 3 isn't really that demanding but turning vsync off can cause unusual lag, leaving vsync on plays very smooth on old hardware like FX8350/280x high settings 1080p.

At 4K though the GTX1080ti is about the only choice.

4K 1080ti ^.
