The i7 7700k will be better for gaming only due to the better single core performance, if you combine it with a good GPU and enough RAM.

Same story with the R5 1600 but the r5 is much better suited for streaming due to it having more cores.

But I recommend the i7 if you are going to do gaming only.

That is a bad PC. Slow RAM, DDR3 (?), overpriced.

They are even listing the wrong specs. Compare the title to the system specs listen on the bottom of the page.
