I bought a new mouse (logitech g402) and it has 5 side buttons. I used to have 2, both worked fine and mouse4 and mouse5 also work on the new mouse but mouse6, 7 or 8 do not work. in console it says it's not a valid key and in settings nothing happens, please help i really need it Logitech g402: https://www.google.si/search?q=logitech+g402&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiflvj--5zVAhUMkRQKHXHSDVAQ_AUIBigB&biw=1884&bih=972#imgrc=BRP0WFxy2Sp1EM:

Yes i am sorry but i have found the solution after i posted this and yes i have downloaded the software. I basically set macros to my side buttons to be p, o and i on the keyboard and then set these letters to the grenades i wanted in game and everything works perfectly fine

Its a great mouse but sadly, not for me. It's too long for a normal claw grip (i'm in the middle of claw and palm) and there are TOO MANY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SIDE BUTTONS. You really don't need 5. Could probably get used to it but i kinda dont want to since i'm so used to my older mouse. I only bought this mouse because of it's polling rate and i might switch it for an another mouse. You know any high polling rate mice with 2 side buttons?

logitech pro? standard mouse shape but with better hardware for gaming, 2 mouse buttons on the side

the razer death adder too is a classic, its very good (unlike some of the other razer products)

corsair harpoon is on the cheaper side

Thanks a lot for the recommendations!
I also found the steelseries rival 300, perfect mouse from me but- it's only got 200 mhz polling rate. Do you think that's enough to do a 180 turn with 800 dpi and 1.5 in game sensitivity?

i would recommend 500hz, i tend to use high DPI around 1800 so i can turn quickly, and my mouse allows me to change dpi when im playing so i can lower it for more accurate snipe.

DPI is down to personal preference but i would definitely say get 500hz polling rate
