Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction

What does this mean?...
When I tried to launch the game 'Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction' Uplay was updated whereupon I received a UplayCrashReporter.exe message saying the following:

The procedure entry point cef_force_web_plugin_shutdown could not be located in the dynamic link library libcef.dll

Can anybody help me with some information about what this means or what I can do to solve such a problem (whatever that problem is)?
...........

I am new to computing and anything to do with gaming (except for the simple act of playing them) so any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance. :)

Update:

An addition to my OP above, in case it has some significance for someone who might want to offer advice...

When I attempted to close down the UplayCrashReport.exe message another one popped up. It went as follows:

Uplay has detected an unrecovereable error and must shutdown.
Crash dump created at "C:/{rpgram Files (x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher/Crashes".

My grammar is no doubt far from perfect but this isn't my grammar, I simply wrote word for word what the messages said. I put it in cursive instead of quotation, usually people understand that. But of course, strictly speaking it wasn't the 'correct' thing to do.
