That's a refurbished motherboard.
@Otter, a mATX motherboard is just fine.
*here is a decent b150 board

And the difference, well short version, the number of expansion (pci/pcie) slots and length of the board.
So with atx u have more slots and room.
For example - >

But u can still grab a atx tower if u want. Pro: bit more space.
Btw. I have a prodigy mini-itx case and had enough space for a 780ti :p so u are fine with mAtx.
The full story is that I had received a Dell Inspiron 3650 about a year ago as a gift. I wanted to upgrade it to the point where I can play games on it. So I went out and bought a GTX 1050 ti for it. However the PC has a weak 240 watt PSU. So I wanted to buy a new one but the Case only takes a weird rectangular shaped PSU. I thought that I could just get a new case and that would solve the problem, but the Motherboard is an awkward shape that is made for that type of case. So if I want to use the new GPU, I need a new PSU. If I want a new PSU, I need a new Case. If I get a new Case, I need and new Motherboard. That the story, one big giant chain of events. Also would I just be able to place my old hard-drive into the new motherboard, or do I need to buy a new one of those too?
I had thought of that and that was my original idea, but then I thought that would look kinda dumb and stand out like a sore thumb in my room. Once I have all of the pieces (case, mboard, PSU) i'll see if i want to spend the money or just get a new PSU. If I do get the mboard, can I just use my old hard-drive and keep all my files and use the computer like I normally would?
Hey guys so I did some looking around and I settled on these three items. Tell me what you think of them.
PSU: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DZ6R9GE/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1
Case: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811353095&ignorebbr=1
Motherboard: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157644&ignorebbr=1
I chose the Mboard because it matches the advice you guys gave me. Also the case has a glass panel and an orange color. Which will go well with the Orange GPU and Motherboard.
Anyways the parts are fine, but if you want you can go with Sea soinc if you want, which is $10 more.

Whats the advantage aside from the +20 watts?
higher quality.
PSU Tier list.
https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/
The EVGA 500B is listed Tier 5, while Sea sonic is listed Tier 3, plus you get a 5 year warranty, compare to to EVGA 500B that is 3 years. So think of it as getting a better type of brand of ice cream, with better service.
Understood, I wanted to thank you all for your help. Your advice has helped me out alot.
