My manual says that there are CMOS jumpers, but no actual power button. Can I just forget about these cables then...?
I meant the plug for the power button, how else do you turn on the PC?
Um no, you can't turn on PC if you don't connect the power button to mobo (power switch).
EDIT: Do I plug the Power SW cable or Reset Cable in the CMOS port?

It's called front panel connector.
I'm not good with smart phone and I'm on mobile so pardon me.
Nevermind, I found it. Thank you!
good. so where are you putting your led strip? right now i have mine in the back, but i'm think about moving it.
Either directly to the PSU or your mobo MUST have header for LED.
I managed to finish the build with the help of a company that actually knows how to write a freaking manual, aka EVGA. Even if the PSU blows up my city, I'll add a star on PCPP for the amazing manual.
The instructions for how to connect the front I/O cables to the G-connector is literally 4 monochrome images of an already-filled connector being plugged and unplugged from the board
How can Gigabyte get away with that?
Front panel connectors are a pain in the butt I know but once you figure them out is is quite easy.
On page 19 of the gigabyte many it has the diagram to connect which cable to where. The connector is to help that step but otherwise unnecessary. As you connect to the mobo it can be a pain in the ass to connect very small cable one by one, hence the connector. But the sequence is on page 19 of the manual. And that with me looking up the manual on my phone lol.
