How can i update my Intel i5 7400?

Like i cannot find it anywhere, i dowlanded a app that finds your drivers and updates itself made by intel but it says driver coulnt be found. Like im not getting full experience when im playing rainbow six etc.

processors use firmware rather than drivers for the most part. the best you would find is graphics drivers for any built in gpu.

Yeah i tried all of those over there, still dint get it to work, let me try to dowland graphic driver again.

Unless you use the integrated there's no reason to update the iGPU driver if at all. Although Intel did update it recently for some games to everyone surprise, normally they never update the driver.

What you need is update BIOS and microcode update from Windows itself. If both are up to date you don't have anything to update.

My general proplem is, i have a same friend who doesnt have ssd as well, but he loads up the rainbow six faster then i do (idk if you know, after you select a operator everyones game load up, mine is the last one), i have updated the bios recently, the game is on stable 60 fps when i play, but not ganno lie i get random drops too.

That has nothing to do with CPU. How much RAM do you have? Also not all hard drives are the same, lots are faster than the others.

I guess its the hard drive at this point. Will it help if i move rainbow to a hardrive has rarerly has any programs on it? Beacuse the harddrive im using contains all the steam games with rainbow as well.

Gigabyte app center wont update my CPU

After %90 of installing, it says fail and crahes, any idea how to fix it?

No. If you defrag your current hard drive regularly there's no difference. Hard drive speed and amount of cache is the differentiation. 7200 rpm > 5400 rpm for example.
