Now if you were buying something directly from nvidia, then yes it would be on an https page.
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
https://www.geforce.com/drivers
Downloading and installing drivers for your GPU will cause you loss of time due to excessive gaming. It will cause you to ignore loved ones and miss out on school work or even work itself. Lastly, you'll be deprived of sleep.....
All because you decided to download and install a video driver from nvidia.com to allow your GPU to play games.....you foolish, foolish man!
No, there are also regional NVidia sites, like www.nvidia.de, www.nvidia.co.uk etc. You can also download drivers from there.
also disable Nvdia Telemetry for good counter messure.
And there is ZERO reason for that unless you're logging, sending them data, making purchases.
And when you go to shop and such on their site, it does go to a more secure HTTPS
Such as: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/10series/geforce-store
That's awesome! Got a good laugh out of me when I indeed searched up "is nvidia.com safe". Nicely done, Steam. Way to get a sarcastic comment to populate there on google first, especially about such a large and well known company.
