Razer Mouse Problem! HELP!
Hello! I recently purchased a Razer Naga Epic Chroma and so far it works in wired mode. It says it works in wireless so I tried it out. I connected micro USB to the dock and I turned on my mouse. The lighting turned on but unfortunately there was no movement in the mouse cursor at all. Even when I clicked the buttons, there was no response on the computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled the mouse drivers and I also reinstalled synapse. No luck. I put the USB jack into the USB 2 not 3 but still no luck. I charged it fully but again, still no luck. I tried switching ports, and just like always, no luck. I tried it on different computers and it still didn't work so I'm absolutely sure I'm missing something extremely easy. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I didn't want to spend 210 SGD for nothing. Thanks guys.

A couple of suggestions. You might have to charge it via usb for a few hours first. Or perhaps there are buttons to sync it with the base.
Did you feed it? Hehe

Most likely there is a button on the usb dongle to sync it since if it lights up but does not move its probably a reciever issue so check it has sunk properly. There might be a button on the mouse. If you have it check the mouses instructions.

Iv been waiting for some to make a mouse thread for agers just so i could use that joke haha.

I have the same mouse and I cannot find it. Perhaps a little bit different model?

Things included in the box

1 Micro USB Charger

1 Razer Naga Epic Chroma

1 Charging Dock and Wireless Reciever (Reciever integrated in dock)

Cooool. Ok there should be a sync button on the charging dock. Press it. Its ment to be under the dock.

Ok to pair it plug the cable in switch it to wireless and press the sync button on the bottom of the dock. Then some pairing lights should flash and then it should be in wireless then unplug the cable from the mouse.

I checked. There is literally nothing underneath the dock. It is not the circle round looking dock. It looks like a rectangle.

Check here. This is what it looks like.

It seems you have to go into the Synapse software and tell it which Razer device you want active.

Inter-device
Inter-device allows you to change the functionality of other Razer Synapse-enabled
devices. Some of these functionalities are device-specific such as using your Razer
gaming keyboard to change the Sensitivity Stage of your Razer gaming mouse. When
you select Inter-device from the Button Assignment Menu, a sub-menu will appear.
DEVICE TO LINK allows you to choose which currently connected Razer device can be
linked while FUNCTION allows you to choose which functionality you want to use for
the linked device

DEVICE TO LINK may be the answer.

Thanks for the answer. However why is this not on an official razer page? I haven't tried it out yet and I'll get back to you if it does. Thanks for the answer!
