Whys it look so much like HWMonitor from CPUID?
But yeah, newer NVIDIA GPUs fans will only spin when they NEED to
its a 0RPM feature so things are more silent and efficient.
and yes, when the GPU gets warm enough thats when the fans will spin accordingly.
You can setup your own fan curve in MSI afterburner like I did... I prefer to have my fan running when the temps are above 30c. I don't even let my GPU get to 60 c. The max it gets to is ~45c
If my fans were at like 70% to do that, I wouldn't... but my fans on need to be at ~30% and it will stay around 45-50
How ever if a system fan or cpu fan is not spinning then there is a issue.
