Does this game require Pixel Shader 3.0?

I am looking into buying 'Train Simulator: South London Network Route Add-On' from Steam and I am pretty certain about all of the system requirements except for Pixel Shader 3.0. I have done some research and found out it is basically the core for the game's graphics, but I do not think I have it. Is this important for running the game, and if it is, is my computer compatible with it?

My specs are:

Processor Intel i5 @ 2.60GHz
128MB VRAM (Integrated)
Dell Inspiron 3537
Windows 10 64-Bit
DirectX 9.0c
6GB RAM

Depends on the videocard you actually have. It's nothing new though. It was released in 2004. Even integrated videochips do support it. Doesn't mean it has the rendering power to run the game properly though.
