Benq Zowie XL2411
Thinking about getting this monitor,but wanted to get your guys opinions on it.
What do you guys think? Are there better options in the price range?

you can buy a 144hz monitor but not this from benq ... it is good bad only with one little settings ... nvm but you can get the same graaphic image also better if you buy an asus vg248qe because it also has better colors and better response time and input lag is the same PLUS: the benqq has mire bluring.

The VG248qe uses PWM Dimming aka flicker. Depending on if you're sensitive to flicker it may cause eye strain.

The XL2411 is flicker free and I can sit in front of it all day without any eye strain unlike when I used monitors that flickered.
Personally I love mine. I even purchased the XL2730, 27" 1440p version and use the XL2411 as a second display. The colours are not as vibrant and can look a bit dimmer/washed out compared to IPS panels, but I don't like the IPS bleed and glow you get with IPS panels. Maybe I just had really bad panels but I'm quite happy with the Benq/Zowie models.

EDIT: forgot to say the XL2411 needs to be connected by DVI-D to use utilise 144hz meaning you can't use the headphone jack as DVI doesn't transmit audio.
