Steam VR test
IDK where to put this. I thought this would be the best place.

My laptop has two graphic cards, an Intel Graphics 530, and a GTX 960m. Whenever I do the test (I even set the nvidia program to only enable the GTX 960m for a bit) it says my laptop is only weak in the graphic card, which it displays as only the Intel Graphics 530.

How do I get steam VR test to test my GTX 960m not the Intel Graphics 530

The minimum reauirement for thr Rift or Vive is a 970 anyway. You won't be passing the test regardless.

Yeah, sorry but that laptop wont even pass minimum even with the 960 being tested.

For Mobile you don't want anything below GTX 1060 for VR, it won't run well enough.

As others have said you don't meet the minimum requirements. You could probably get some games to work but most probably won't. I have read people with a GTX 960 using an HTC Vive and it works but just barely. Your card is worse than that so I wouldn't wast your money on a headset until you build a new desktop.

960M is just not good, simple as that; it's no where near a Desktop GTX 960, so that is really all that should need to be said to know it's no where near good enough.
