Microsoft VC Redit won't install.

I have been searching for an answer to no prevail. I've trying un-installing it and reinstalling it. I tried deleting the game that has the problem completely. When I re-install it, it just stays at Processing: Windows 7_MSU_x64 for an age. I have no Idea what to do. I have recently resetted my PC and that may be the cause for this issue but I can't find any solution.

pre-scan ms VC redistributable installer with your antivirus, then temporarily disable it prior to installation.

Try first, uninstalling all Visual C++ from Programs and Features.
Then reboot and reinstall them.
If you still get errors. Go to NET Framework in Programs and Features and click Uninstall > Repair. Then repairing NET Framework and doing a reboot, should address whatever issues Visual C++ was having, as these runtimes work together.

I tried what uou said but It still didn't work. If this helps- My computer is has a AMD Athlon X4 760K quad core 3.8GHz. 16 GB. AMD Radeon R9 390 Graphics card.

Reinstall NET Framework via Windows Updates. If WU doesn't show it available right away, manually click Check For Updates. Once NET Framework is all up to date (again might take a few reboots); then go here and install all the Visual C++ Runtimes: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003 ~ If you have 64bit OS, download and install both variants (x86 and x64) of each VC++ Runtime (redist packages); ranging from 2005 all the way up to the 2015 versions; as various Apps/Games will need a certain version.

So I did what you said. My WU wasn't finding any updates. So I manually found it and intsalled it. I reinstalled the VC and nothing I still had the problem.

Ok so what is the issue?
You getting errors within Windows OS, error upon launching a certain Game; what?
If an error pops up but it is lacking details, look in Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application for more details.

when I would start a game, like Skyrim SE or Civ 6, It would start to install the microsoft VC redist but imetatly stop and cancel the launch.
