Cannot change settings Nvidia Control Panel
I recently purchased Watch Dogs 2, and I wanted to set up some settings in the control panel as I do with all of my steam games. However, all the options were grayed out, and I was unable to change the processor which was defaulted to the nvidia gpu anyhow. However, I wanted to get better performance by tweaking settings. This is the only steam game that has this issue, can anyone help me?

I have noticed this with some other games I have. From my experience you can't change them even if you wanted to. Since it is not supported, it is a no-go; HOWEVER, there MIGHT be hope. I remember using GeForce Experience app that I downloaded, Watch Dogs 2 may have completely separate drivers. Try searching on that app to see if you can find any.

Alright but if I download the Watch Dogs 2 drivers, aren't those older? I would have to remove the latest one

Yeah, I've tried looking and I think all the drivers for Watch Dogs 2 were removed/old. But I have seen videos of people using this game with the control panel?

Just run DDU App and wipe out GPU Drivers in safe mode.
Then install the very latest GPU Drivers after rebooting.
It doesn't matter what game it is if you already have the very latest Drivers, as those will obviously include previous fixes as well.

Whats your specs?
Is this a Laptop or Desktop?

I've already sent a request to refund Watch Dogs 2, I'm not going into safe mode or anything like that and I already have the latest drivers. And to be honest the game wasn't as fun as I hoped anyhow.

Having latest Drivers doesn't mean there is not an issue with them.
That was the whole point of using DDU App so you could wipe them out completely ensuring all GPU Drivers are wiped off the system; then rebooting and install again in a clean fashion to help ensure no issues are present from previous Drivers. As you should wipe them out completely each and every time you wish to change version. Don't just download and install the latest, leaving previous ones on the system over time.

Thanks but I already refunded the game for Just Cause 3 which has no problems and I like significantly more
