I have hard time with Power suplly :(

My PC is 8 months old (GPU is 4 months old),and everything is serving me well except PSU . First when my rig was completly new, i had Corsair CS650 . It was making grinding noise - it was under warranty,so i got my money back .

My friend gave me his Enermax Triathlor ECO,but again same problem - it makes seriously annoying,this time humming noise. I promised him ill give him back his Enermax,so i need new PSU. But before i buy anything,i would like to know what is source of this noise problem ? My case is Fractal Design Define R5,and it only have 1 problem - bottom screw on rear side can't fit into screw hole anymore . Problem is in screw hole ,not in screws . I'm talking about screw hole/screw that is supposed to hold side pannel. Can this be source of my problems ?

i trust in seasonic M12II 520W/620W/650W bronze or seasonic G series.

Unfortunately you got some bad PSUs. The low end Corsairs and Enermax are junk. Of those 3, I would recommend the EVGA Supernova G2. Here's an excellent review: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=429

I have EVGA SuperNova G2, had no problems this far. Heard they are pretty much top quality and EVGA is a good and well-trusted manufacturer.

On the plus side the modular build is nice too, if you don't want to get loose wires. The wires are also very good quality.

I use a Corsair 850wtt modular psu. Fan stays off as long as its under 60% load, so basically it never spins <~~that would solve ur issue.

Get higher end Corsair, the lower end is junk. Basically PSU with at least 10 years warranty is premium.
