Also I would avoid using tv's for computer gaming obviously.
I wouldn't go above 27 inches for 1080p myself for a computer monitor as 1080p is prime for 24ish inch really and ultrawides may extend it a but but once you start getting this big you monitor will suffer on such a low resolution.
If this is for computer gaming stick to the normal 24 inch 1080p or 27 inch 1440p and their normal ultrawide comparisons as a default.
GPU/ EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0
MOBO/ MSI Z270 GAMING PRO CARBON
RAM/ Corsair Vengeance 16 GB DDR4 3200 Mhz
Cpu Cooler/ Cryorig H7
I am aware my pc isnt capable of running most modern games at 4k but I do watch a lot of movies.
The only reason I picked out a large monitor is because I have been using a 50 inch tv for the past year and also due to my poor eyesight
29" ultrawide will look basicly same as 24" 1920x1080 when it comes to pixel density and 34" ultrawide basicly same as 27" 1920x1080, the pixel size may seem little large to some with 34" ultrawide and 27" 1080p but some people are fine with it.
It would be hard to suggest either for gaming for me but because of your issues larger monitors may be needed however make sure they are further away from where you sit as anything over 27 inches is hard to view the entire screen for a normal desk position.
