We also have

intel is still better we have the same setup almost and you have 500 higher score. My gtx 1070 is at 1975 mhz though and the ryzen is stock not overclocked

Better get to clocking then! I'm sure those 8 cores will boost your score.

There is no "better" at this point; they are virtually equal when comes to gaming.

It's about the same as comparing certain AMD GPU to certain NVIDIA GPU; even when nearly equal, one will usually be better than the other, at certain things; and vice-versa

It's been fine for me. I just update them with a clean DDU install whenever Nvidia comes out with a new release. I haven't done any testing to see if there's a benchmark difference between driver revisions - not worth the trouble imo.

Sorry, but it's been pretty clearly established that the i7s are better at gaming. I think the R7 is better in one game, Deus Ex Mankind Divided. If you're just doing gaming like me, i7 is the best.

with my rx480 and phenom II processor i'm getting better scores than people with i5s and i7s. if the cpu played a big role in the score, they should be destroying me. i think his better score probably has more to do with his higher gpu overclock.

4K and 8K are memory hungry, as in the memory clock speed hungry. Unfortunately I got micron VRAM on my GTX 1080 and unable to push past 10500Mhz mem clock. If you get Samsung VRAM you will be able to push further and get better result for 4k and 8k test.

how can i see which vram I have
Big Boom Boom 18 ABR 2017 a las 17:01
Use GPU-Z.

im noticing that on the 4k optimized too
its all about the gpu at 4k
on the 1080p extreme its cpu though

i'm getting bigger scores on 1080p high and extreme also. my suspicion is that vram probably does play a big part as i'm able to overclock my vram to 2250 without raising voltage.
