Stratus XL Controller Help
Hey everyone! I recently got this new controller from SteelSeries and thought that I would give it a shot with games mainly like Dark Souls 3 and Mortal Kombat X. However, for some reason it still doesn't work in game even after I paired it with Bluetooth to my PC. Is there an extra step that I need to take to use it in game? I checked the engine app and it says that my controller is connected to my PC. Like I said, it still doesn't exactly work in game.

What's it doing? I have one and I'm having issues with mine as well.

Pretty much, it's blinking every 2 secs which its suppose to do but it still doesnt work in game. It has all 4 LEDs lit aswell
EDIT: Now iits showing 1 LED lit without blinking

It's connected then. Have you tried shutting it off in game and then turning it on? I can get inputs to work on mine but my issue is the right analog stick seems like it spins left all the time. Think I might just have a broken controller.

I am having the same issue with the right analog spinning left. Did you get it to work?

Nope, it turned into an expensive toy for my 2 year old.

Issue seems to be the firmware update from the steelseries engine. I got a new one and declined the firmware update and that seems to have worked. Still don't know how to rollback the firmware on the old one.

Grabbing my pc manufacturer's older bluetooth drivers fixed every issues i had with this controller.
