size depends on currently installed OS version \ edition \ bits \ language, drivers, and choosed version - bits \ edition \ language
as i remember if you make image for single bit and language it will be smaller 4.3Gb, but bigger 3,2Gb

ESD for W10 x64 RU - 3 022 304 212 bytes
ISO - 3 610 640 384 bytes
btw why you don't wait April, 11 when Creators Update officially released?

It is now officially released by Microsoft to those who want it early.

April 11 is general availability.

I have 5 desktop PCs and 1 laptop to update so rather than wasting precious bandwidth (via Windows update) on my 50GB/month data allocation I might as well download the installer from Microsoft.

Why should anyone care about 32bit ISO; or grabbing the ISO that includes both 32bit and 64bit? It's fairly pointless to even bring it up in discussions.
because some people need to update 32bit and 64bit PCs?

if you are upgrading 64bit PCs only, then bandwidth is wasted if you download both installers... but if you need to update other pople's netbooks, then 32bit installer and 32bit/64bit installer are handy.

I suppose; either way you will need 8GB minimum USB Flash Drive; since once we went to 1607; the base ISO has grown beyond 3.8-4GB range

Since you are looking to download ISO that include both 32bit & 64bit; you'll be looking at an ISO closer to approx 7GB

I'm wondering what you do when you've got to dl a game, I just downloaded BO3 being 55GB.

With all those PCs splurge on more GBs.

Simple; download it on one, copy it over to the other PC; then verify it.

But yea IDK how anyone can be a gamer on 50GB/month
Seriously, move or get a better ISP.
It's not even this bad in South Africa

globe telecom philippines, 10mbps, 50GB/month, LTE, no DSL/Fiber/Cable internet in our small, mountainous town.

those in major cities and large towns have the option of Globe DSL 10mbps, 100GB/month ; GLobe DSL 15mbps 150GB/month; Globe Fiber, idk rate; PLDT Fiber 20mbps Unlimited Data, PLDT DSL/LTE, idk rate

@upcoast, the 50GB is actually 20GB/month prior to Duterte Presidency (2016) ;)

OP says wants to reduce Internet traffic, but the problem is that an outdated version is install from the image, and then large bugfixes is downloaded over Windows Update, plus the next month there will be updates that will equal several volumes of its Internet plan - W10CU bugged like Hell ecpecially first 1-2month after release - for example, gpedit don't work proper...
Want to save traffic - use the linux and the local repository cache
