New CPU's are not support by Windows 7. All your games will lag and the PC will run unstable. I think the pentium g4560 is one of those CPU's that is not supported.

Just checked and the g4560 is indeed NOT supported on Windows 7 so you will be forced to use Windows 10.

All Kabylake/Ryzen CPUs have updates blocked on Windows 7 and 8.1. I think Skylake may have updates blocked on 7, but not on 8.1 (Somebody verify this please).

If you are only going to play CSGO you could get Steam OS or Ubuntu instead its free and it comes without spyware unlike Windows 10!

You can come one here with a budget and im sure someone will help you pick the parts you need. You can also watch youtube videos to help you build it if you dont know.
You will end up with a better PC for less money than buying a pre built

Yes that is Windows unactivated. Its considered piracy. Microsoft offers their OS up for download for customers who got the OS pre-installed on their device.

Piracy, I don't know about that, it's unactivated and your inconvenience is no personalization and watermark bottom right corner. Should you decide to bypass the restrictions then that would be piracy.

Mediacreationtool is there for more than just OS pre installed device poop.
