Thrustmaster T16000 M FCS - TARGET Problem on runnnig Profile

Moin, moin,
I have a new t16000m fcs. After installing the TARGET software, I create a game profile in TARGET and then run the profile (its the same with preinstallt profiles from Thrustmaster).
When I press a button on the Joystick witch is assigned with the MouseButton Left or Right, the cursor will jump to the center of the monitor. Not only in the game rather in the Windows environment, too.
Does anybody have an idea to fix this problem. This happend on three systems!

I've found T.A.R.G.E.T is more trouble than it's worth. Just do your own bindings in game if possible.
