How often should I clean the dust out of my PC
I keep the area around my pc fairly clean and if I look into my PC it doesn't seem too dusty. All together there are 3 fans in the case (1 on the CPU and 2 on the GPU)
It's been around 7 months since I last cleaned my pc and the temperatures don't seem any higher from when the pc was dust free ( maybe like 1-3°C hotter).
I have read a lot of posts on the forums about this topic, but I couldn't find a conclusion. Some people say they clean their pc once a month, other say once every 6 months, once a year and so on.
So I'm here to ask, how often should I clean my PC?

People say diffent on when they clean their pc's because there are lots of variables like how dusty is room, how much fans you have, is case mostly closed one.. etc my advice is clean when you see it's dusty for you. Check your pc monthly like lean towards it check inside with a flashlight and if you see much dust getting build up just clean them.

As I said, i keep the area around my PC very clean and when I look inside it with a flashlight, I mean yes there is definitely dust in it, but from previous experience it doesn't look as bad to me peraonally.

in clean environment, no dust, no pets - once in year-two
for example in small office or home with two persian cats - every month
I do keep the area around my PC clean but I do have a small dog and the fur gets everywhere. But I don't let my dog hang around my PC for the reason of getting the fur inside it.
It depends on your case and airflow, I have a thermaltake core v71 and it has a ton of filters but only the intake ones need cleaned regularly. Every 6 months to a year your computer should be cleaned thoroughly using an air compressor.
I usually go by whether any fans are constantly running at high speed. Typically, a modern PC that's idle or lightly loaded should have a low hum sound to it that is easily ignored, even by someone who doesn't sit in front of it all day. If it sounds like a hair dryer and you're not running a game on high settings or transcoding video or something, your fans are working too hard, probably because a grille or heatsink is clogged with dust.

My old box (some basic noname case, no fans) quite filled up with dust in half year. The current one does not let air in except where it is gue and has dust screens there. When I opened it after the first year was surprized that it was like mint. Sure, the filters get treetet every once in a while.

TLDR; it depends on many factors
I clean my PC once a month because I like my things being clean.

Depends also on your case, how many dust filters it has..but from my experience it should be cleaned every 6 months.

My case does not have any dust filters and yet there doesn't seem to be that much dust in it after 7 months.
When my system is sitting idle there is a slight hum to it and even when I play games (Like Rocket League with everything on high, or CS:GO with medium settings) the fans don't seem to spin that fast.
But I noticed a few days ago when I finally got a razer chroma keyboard and when I was installing synapse the CPU fan went crazy! Which I found weird since they don't spin nearly as fast when playing games.
You keep an eye on the fan RPM and temperatures, and if either of them go up, it's either summer or time to clean.
If you got no pets around and you keep your room clean as possible, I'd say every 6-12 months. While at it, buy some dust filters for your case.

^ This.

Keep an eye on your temps and fan speeds and you'll know when it's time for a clean.
As often as you feel the need. If the areas for fans, grilles, coolers (CPU & GPU) and PSU are kept clean/cleared then you should be fine. A small build up of dust in the form of a thin film isn't really going to hurt much if thats all it is.
it depends
and depends if anyone smokes in the house

once every other month should do the trick
