Razer scroll wheel problem.

So basically I have had my razer mamba TE for about 3 years now and I have a problem that is not big for some but big for me and annoying. So the mouse has a scroll wheel able to be tilted to left or right for some horizontal scrolling I presume, I just booted up my PC and now it is so that scrolling up or down does nothing but tilting scrolls up or down.

Just help me quick if you can anything is appreciated. I already unplugged my mouse, restarted my system and plugged it in again. But if I need to open razer synapse for it to work and have to do this everytime I guess I got to throw all my razer stuff in the trash since nowadays synapse being open disables the capability of starting pretty much any game like, Overwatch or CSGO.

P.S I did check out my windows settings I dont know if there is some special bindings section but I checked out my mouse settings.

That software doesn't NEED to run, it just needs to start with OS to apply custom binds.
Setup the mouse in the software.
After OS loads up, exit the software... whats the problem?

The scroll is bound to what it Should Be but it still stays ♥♥♥♥♥♥

How does Synapse stop CSGO from starting? I always keep it on and have no issues.

Do you use Windows 10 or 8.1?

Windows 7. Idk If it is simply cause the OS is old but I'm getting 10 soon anyways. It just stops me from opening a game after it has been launched
