About junk files
I recently did a scan for junk files on my pc and i realised i have about 1GB of chached data on nvidia. Is it save to delete it? Also, if i delete my cached data on chrome, will i have to login into websites again, or is it save to delete that as well?

generally there's an option to clear the cache within the browser, idk about chrome, deleting cookies will make you have to login to sites again. The nvidia cached files are usually for games so if you play a lot of games its best to leave it.
If you mean the files in C:\NVIDIA, then those are simply leftover installer files from when you installed/updated your drivers. You can delete those without much consequence, but it could help to keep them around if you need to downgrade your drivers.
You can clear your web-browser cache, but choose to keep 'cookies'. It's the cookies which will store the login details. Clearing the cache by itself is video streams, images, etc - used for the websites. They will be redownloaded again, if revisiting those websites. You can also cap off your Internet cache size under your web-browser settings.

As for the Nvidia content, that would be a history of installers, used to update each time. You can remove the old ones if it's working fine at the latest version.
