Disc drives typically don't need special drivers that your OS doesn't already provides.
install motherboard chipset drivers and reboot when prompted.
install wifi adapter and reboot if prompted.
install gpu driver and reboot.
update windows and reboot. check for additional updates and reboot.
install your favorite programs and games.
There may be some utilities on it that may be nice.
why don't you find out? turn on pc, logon to windows, insert dvd, and see its contents.
