Does your PC have an open PCI-E slot? What is the power supply in your PC?
What is the PSU?

If it's unbranded then you can either forget about getting a GPU that requires more power or you upgrade the PSU first.

Idk if this is it but it says the input is 100v-120v & Output 200v-240v
DC output 306w

And i see an empty PCI slot on my pc

PCI, or PCI-E? Modern graphics cards will require the latter. What is the brand and wattage of the PSU? It should be printed in the side.

PCIe x16 (16.1) 75w & Its a Dell PSU i believe, it says that the DC output is 305W
You aren't going to be powering much on a 305W power supply. Maybe a GTX 750 Ti. Maybe, maybe an RX 460. If the power supply is from Dell, it's probably a custom form factor, which is going to make replacing the power supply a pain, if not outright impossible. What are the other specs of your PC (e.g. CPU, RAM, operating system?)
:( that doesnt sound good at all. I know i forsure got 4 GB ram & The little chip thing on the mother board is the CPU right? It just says Intel & It's running windows 10
If you hold down the Windows key and press R, a dialog box will open. Type "dxdiag" and press enter. In the new window, on the "System" tab, you will see your CPU, RAM, and operating system. On the "Display" tab you will see your existing (probably integrated) graphics. We know your RAM and operating system, but would you mind terribly copying the CPU and GPU from dxdiag?
Okay i'll do that, ill set it up my desktop real quick

build a new pc.

that sounds... wow...

not much room to upgrade anything.

:qr:
Just build a new one. It will be way more worth it than basically kicking a dead horse.
So from what I can tell, the Dell Optiplex 755 uses an old Core 2 Duo (if you are really lucky, maybe a Core 2 Quad) for its processor. A more modern GPU like a GTX 1060 would only be bottlenecked by the processor anyways, and honestly the RX 460 (probably the most powerful card you'll be able to use) would be too.

You may have a bigger problem however, as depending on the model of Optiplex 755 you have, you have a good chance of not having a full height PCI-E slot. In that case probably the best card you could fit into the case would be a low profile GT 730 (the GDDR5 version.)

To be completely honest, that isn't really a PC you should be investing money into upgrading. If it will be a while before you can purchase a new PC, maybe get a cheap graphics card (again, the GT 730 comes to mind, or maybe a low profile R7 250 if you can get it for a good price) so you can play older games. It won't be able to play modern demanding games at all I'm afraid.

It appears 305 watt power supplies are only used in the MiniTower version of the Optiplex 755, meaning you have a full height PCI-E slot. However the card can't be a full length card according to the spec sheet, so the best you could do would be an RX 460.
