After using DDU, install latest Motherboard Chipset Driver first.
Reboot then GPU Driver install.
Since you already did GPU, should be fine, now get all latest Motherboard Drivers.
Why do people think the GPU is the only part?
There's no need to be that hostile.
i downloaded a torrent and went to install a small game (i downloaded this torrent before and it has no viruses or anything), as soon as the installation popped up i went to file explorer to get the keygen when all of a sudden i see weird blocks on my screen (chopped up screen) it looked like one of those bios corruption videos (all my other pc parts are fine, i'm running an ssd btw), then my pc went to black and i force reset it, then i got a bsod that said something about win_expedition and it gave me the "infamous" nvlddmkm.sys error, i had to go to safe mode and remove ALL graphics drivers, when i did that i rebooted my windows NORMALLY, and went to install the drivers that i installed when i first installed windows (i still had them on my hdd) and during the installation i was on a skype call when suddenly my screen blacked out and i could hear the glitched out sound when it's going rapidly and ear raping me (i think you know what i mean) until my pc reset ITSELF, then it was normal, i tried to install YET again, but this time i didn't restart when my pc crashed, i waited, and i got a glitched bsod that said "dpc_watchdog_violation", but not all times will that happen, sometimes my pc resets like the first time i was on skype while installing drivers
i just tried with nvidia geforce but nope, same ♥♥♥♥ over and over
But then again, it does depend on what sound the OP was referring to.
Whats your full specs?
If unsure, just share a CPU-Z validation
I can only tell you that my pc is custom built, around 7 years ago, didnt have any problems except 1 time with my ssd (that i got last year) that couldnt boot up windows, i solved that problem by opening up my pc and unplugging and plugging in the Cables that connected to tbe ssd
Ok i just reinstalled windows and the SAME ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥ IS HAPPENING
