Gigabyte error code bCCO
I recently built a computer for gaming, and my specs can be found here:

While trying to replace the cable connecting the computer to my monitor, I found that my motherboard was reading error code bCCO or bCC0. I also found that at the same time, my mouse and keyboard did not work and thus I could not get past the lock screen. I have a Gigabyte Gaming 9 GA-7270X.

I would like to know how to fix the error and get my computer running again. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Refer to your motherboard's manual.

Did the computer boot just fine when you built it and now it doesn't because you changed the cable to the monitor?

Yes, but I switched back to the old cable, a DVI-D to HDMI cable

Please go here and click on CHAT WITH GIGABYTE
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128961
Ask them about your errors and codes.
I can't find any info online regarding their Motherboard LED codes, total BS on their part.

If all else fails, check/connect everything, reset the CMOS and try booting again.

You can reinstall your OS in a clean fashion without wiping any data you know.
You simply reinstall your OS, there now it's a separate clean install, all your data is still on C drive.
