SSD and high temperature on a MSI Gaming laptop
Hi everyone.
I got a 960evo ssd m2 256 giga on my MSI laptop (GE62-QC).
Uusally my temperature are 43 for the storage (where I put my data) and 48 for the ssd where the SO is installed on. During the gaming the temperature of the ssd increase up to 60 and the software crystaldiskinfo give me the RED alert. Despite this, on the datasheet my ssd can least up to 70 degrees.
Moreover, I have 2 fan: one for the cpu and one for the gpu. The cpu fan is at 3000rpm on default since this is a gaming laptop and the heath is high for definition.
So, what do you think? Could this be an anomaly? Could this be dangerous?
Thank you.

Those temps are normal when under load. You can try to clean the laptop with compressed air that might help if the coolers are dusty.
If you're not having a problem, disregard crystaldiskinfo.

Those apps are sorely outdated, meant for HDD types, which are not a good idea to have any of those kinds going above 50-60*C

Newer SSDs, hey can handle it.
And yes these newer M.2 SSD are made with that in mind and will get hotter due to their overall performance compared to SATA SSDs.
