With regards to PSU, most GTX 1070 are right around the same TDP max power as most GTX 970 (around 150W) so your current PSU should be fine. It is not your average cheap quality 350W like you'd find in your average budget oriented OEM system like Dell, HP, etc...
Double check available internal space and length to ensure a GTX 1070 you are considering will fit. Check the TDP on the GPU model too; cause OC models will have a higher TDP over a 1070 Reference model.
