You can however put colored tape over the LED to change the color of it.
or just cover it up.
Blue = Normal
Red = Hot

But the x3 seems to just have the red LED, which probably cant be changed.
"RGB" means basically any color and style change you can think of basically.
i still dont know how others have a blue X3 card....
I think you're correct. It appears it goes from blue for low power, green for low power gaming, and red for full power gaming.

around 0-60% its blue and then its changes to light blue - green - yellow - orange - red

Also tried manually change setting file but cannot find a parameter that sets colour. has someone completed a quest?
Where did you find the option to change color? got inno3d 1080ti X3 and cant change color with Tuneit but i use msi afterburner so im interested
