Astro A40 (mixamp) TR everything plugged in, but not recognized/says not plugged in
so i recently just moved my computer from a different room for an ethernet cable, (rather than use a router that isnt too great) and while booting up my PC, i noticed that i had no sound coming from my headset. everything is plugged in, and it even makes the little *connect noise* to let you know that it is indeed plugged in. it isnt recognizing any of the drivers and i have looked at multiple sites, but none have helped. Does anyone know how to fix?

Disable all the other audio devices on the PC and plug the MixAmp into another USB port.
Have you tried that?
Download the latest Driver/software and install it as well, and ensure the firmware is up to date.

already it says no playback/sound devices are installed, and when i select 'update driver' it says that "windows found driver software for your device but encountered and error while attempting to install it" and then shows the icon of the 'USB Audio Device' ad then says "the data is invalid"

You have to download the drivers & software and install that.
You don't go to device manager and update driver.

the thing i forgot to add is, whenever i try to update or even install a new driver it hits me with a pop-up saying something to the effect of "code 1" and ive looked it up but nothing pertains to this topic ;-;

how do you screenshot on windows 10 again?

Same as always; nothing has changed there.

If you want to Screenshot JUST a certain window frame; click the title bar of that (to ensure it is the active-most window) then press ALT + PrintScreen
When using the ALT in-conjunction with PrintScreen, it captures just that window you have active; instead of your entire screen.

You can then Paste into MS-PAINT
Save as JPG (for low file size)
and upload to a good free site; like IMGUR.com
Once uploaded, share the web address URL to that screenshot to share it.
