Scan Drive For Errors

About every two weeks I have a popup from windows saying that I need to scan my drive (OCZ Vector 180 240gb) for errors. It always comes back to repair the drive for errors. Is there any way that I can find out specifically what the issue is to do a bit of research on it to find out if it needs an RMA again? Thanks in advance!

Well i'll try running a chkdsk /f /r /x and see what happens.

its just CHKDSK /R
The R does everything with regards to marking off any bad sectors and such.
Yes do this first and see how it goes.
Then do SFC /SCANNOW to verify your OS

All you need to look for are corrected errors/bad sectors.
That's basically it.

It does say there are alot of corrupted files though.
I would secure wipe the SSD and start over with an OS.
