EDIT:
Also I have found that NZXT CAM software generally has issues when used on anything AMD based; such as FM2/AM3 based AMD Chipset Motherboards; and also the HUE or CAM nothing getting along with or detecting AMD GPUs properly (such as doing the LED range on HUE + CAM when using an AMD GPU)
The connection is keyed, I don't see how you can plug in wrong on the main #1 strip:

For the rest of the strips, it should be common sense, cause even though the rest of the strips are 4-pins, un-keyed all the LEDs should be on the same side when plugged in; when daisy-chaining strips.
