Issue with NZXT Hue+ Advanced
I recently just installed this as this has arrived today. The problem is that none of my LED strips that I have attached, with the arrow facing towards another correctly, are lit, by default they should be white but it isn't. It's being detected on CAM software however when changing anything on the channels, it would not change the colour of the strips.

Can anyone please help?
Note: The second strip is kinda dodgy, it only has one LED lit green but it looks really dim, you can't actually see that it's bright but when it's dark, you can see a dim green.

Sounds like:
> either the NZXT box is not getting the proper power
> or your Strips are faulty; they are fragile and if any of the connections, leds or mosfet get damaged, the entire strip will have issues working as intended.

EDIT:

Also I have found that NZXT CAM software generally has issues when used on anything AMD based; such as FM2/AM3 based AMD Chipset Motherboards; and also the HUE or CAM nothing getting along with or detecting AMD GPUs properly (such as doing the LED range on HUE + CAM when using an AMD GPU)

ty :) I found out only one LED strip are faulty as they do not light up at all, the solution was pretty simple, flip the led strips around and then connect them.

So they were in backwards? Yea watch it you can completey ruin the box and strips that way.

The connection is keyed, I don't see how you can plug in wrong on the main #1 strip:

For the rest of the strips, it should be common sense, cause even though the rest of the strips are 4-pins, un-keyed all the LEDs should be on the same side when plugged in; when daisy-chaining strips.

No not backwards, they were fliped which worked since I must've put the LED strip on the wrong side.
