Best bet is just get a decent "tower" type cooler.

And add more Case Fans; as that Case only comes with 2x 120mm (1 Rear, 1 Top)
At the very least, add a decent Case Fan to the Front area; like a Corsair AF or SP 140mm
With such a cooler as that, you can do this a # of ways.
1) Mount the Rad + 2x Fans at the Top; blowing out.
With this kind of a setup, turn the Rear exhaust fan around to blow in; so the VRMs/RAM get some airflow with such a config as this.
2) Mount the Rad at top in a Push+Pull config (2x Fans + Rad + 2x Fans) all blowing inward from the top; and your 1x Rear Exhaust fan blowing out the rear.
